A clean, classy and friendly logo for a friendly and generous writer and editor, who, sadly, disliked the logo and decided against using it.
A Most Civilized Conveyance
This logo was done for a Portland cycling advocacy blog. They moved to Portland, sold their car, built a cargo bike and even took a pedicab home from the childbirth center. Cool.

This logo is based on the fi ligature from the venerable Mrs Eaves and was created for the youngest member of the numerosign team, Finch Hazel Eckhart.
